Located in North Wiltshire, this Cotswold stone dwelling was designed to be in keeping with the traditional style of the older parts of the village of Bradenstoke. The house has been built on a sloping site which has been landscaped to allow access to the rear of the house. The planning application process was challenging with many constraints which had to be overcome. Its traditional design appeal also combines energy efficient/saving elements such as 'flush' solar thermal panels, underfloor heating and a wood burning stove.
