Appraisal

Prior to any sketch proposals being drawn a measured building survey is carried out to gather all information necessary to draw the existing building plans and/or building plot. This then forms the basis upon which to draw up the proposed scheme design

Scheme Design

An initial scheme design is drawn up to reflect the needs and requirements of the project for review and comment by you, the client. Each project is assessed on its individual merits

Planning

All necessary supporting information and reports, where required, are organised and produced to ensure all the Local Planning Authorities requirements are met. This is to ensure as smooth and as successful an application as possible

Technical Information

Following granting of Planning Permission, a Building Regulations package is drawn up which is more technical involving, construction details where required, construction notes, structural information (provided by a structural engineer), drainage information etc sufficient to comply with requirements of the Building Regulations

Tenders & Construction

Local contractors who are vetted and known to provide good quality work are managed by us to provide a range of competitively priced tenders. We can advise on a suitable legal contract, carry out site visits, inspect and certify the work for payment under the contract

We can advise and direct you to consider a sustainable design approach for your project, ranging from the type of construction to carbon efficient systems
